Searching pauses until your allowance resets — midnight UTC for daily limits. Everything else keeps working: your contacts, deals, inbox and projects are never locked. On the Free plan you get 20 searches a day.
Yes, any time from Plan & billing. Upgrades take effect straight away, with credit for the unused part of your current period, and you see the exact charge before confirming. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan.
No — each allowance resets at the start of its window, whether that's a day or a billing period.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax such as GST and VAT. Your card goes straight to them — DnHub never sees or stores it. Invoices are emailed to you and can be downloaded from Plan & billing.
