01About these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and DnHub (“DnHub”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of DnHub, the website at dnhub.io and the web application behind it (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, starting a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that business.
02The Service
DnHub is software for domain investors. It lets you search publicly listed business information (Lead Finder and Custom Search), keep contacts, companies, deals and tasks in a CRM, read and send email and WhatsApp messages from accounts you connect, organise work on project boards, and use research tools such as TLD prices and bulk domain checks.
We improve the Service continually, so features may change. If we remove a feature that is a material part of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
03Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account; tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
- An account is for one person unless your plan says otherwise.
04Plans, payment and automatic renewal
The Free plan is free and includes 20 searches a day. Paid plans, their prices and their search allowances are listed on our pricing page.
- Billing in advance. Paid plans are billed at the start of each monthly or yearly period. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and answers billing questions about the transaction. We never see or store your full card details.
- Automatic renewal.Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 7 days before it applies. The new price takes effect from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. Applicable taxes, such as GST for customers in India or VAT, are worked out by Dodo Payments at checkout for where you are and shown on your invoice.
- Cards issued in India. Recurring charges on Indian cards follow the Reserve Bank of India’s e-mandate rules: you authorise the standing instruction once at checkout, you are notified before each renewal charge, and charges above the limit set by the RBI need your authentication each time. You can withdraw the mandate through your bank at any time; please cancel your subscription as well.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, it may be retried over the following days. If it still cannot be collected, your subscription is put on hold and your account moves to the free plan until the payment method is updated. We never charge late fees.
05Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free plan. Your data is not deleted when you downgrade. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
06Search allowances and fair use
Each plan includes a number of lead searches per day or per billing period. A new search counts once; paging through its results is free, and a search that fails does not count. Allowances reset at the start of each window and do not roll over.
“Unlimited” plans are for a person’s own prospecting. Automated querying, running the Service for others, or use that degrades it for other customers is not covered, and we may limit it after telling you.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people in breach of anti-spam, telemarketing or privacy laws that apply to you or to them (for example India’s TRAI regulations, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, CAN-SPAM or the GDPR);
- harass, threaten or deceive anyone, or impersonate another person or business;
- target trademark owners in bad faith, or register, offer or use domain names in a way that infringes someone else’s rights;
- sell, publish or redistribute information from the Service as a list or database, or use it to build a competing product;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Service, or get around its limits or security;
- break any law, or the terms of a service you connect (such as Google or WhatsApp).
We may suspend accounts that break these rules (see “Suspension and termination”).
08Business information in search results
Search results are compiled from publicly available sources about businesses. They are provided “as is”: they may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and we do not guarantee that any business is reachable or interested in what you offer. You are responsible for how you use the results and for complying with the law when you contact anyone. A business that wants its details removed from the Service can ask us through our contact form.
09Your content
You own the data you add to the Service — contacts, notes, deals, files, messages and so on. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to keep and use any personal information about other people that you add, and for using it lawfully.
10Connected services
The Service works with services you choose to connect, such as Gmail, WhatsApp and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We access a connected account only as needed for the features you use, and you can disconnect it at any time from Settings → Connections.
11Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content are owned by DnHub or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active and you follow these Terms. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
12Availability
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided over the internet and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13Disclaimers
Except as required by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The Service does not give legal, financial or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any sale, response or outcome from using it.
14Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DnHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15Indemnity
You agree to compensate DnHub for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including messages you send to people you found through it.
16Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by use our contact form. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users or the Service at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
When an account is closed, any active subscription is cancelled and its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
17Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you can cancel your subscription.
18Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any complaint with you first, through our Grievance Officer. If that does not work, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
19Grievance officer and contact
If you have a complaint about the Service, a charge or how we handle your information, contact our Grievance Officer through our contact form. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
