Refunds & cancellation

Cancel whenever you like, in two clicks. Here is exactly what happens to your plan and your money when you do.

Last updated 23 October 2026

01Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a paid plan at any time, without contacting us, from Settings → Plan & billing (or the Dodo Payments customer portal linked from there).

  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. Nothing more is charged.
  • You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then you can change your mind and resume with one click.
  • Afterwards your account moves to the free Free plan (20 searches a day). Your contacts, deals and everything else in your workspace stay where they are.

02Refunds

New subscriptions: if a paid plan isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

Yearly renewals: if a yearly plan renews and you ask within 7 days of the renewal charge, we will refund it and cancel the subscription.

Monthly renewals and partly used periods are not refunded; cancelling stops the next charge instead. We always refund duplicate charges, charges made after you cancelled, and payments taken in error, whenever you tell us about them.

03Changing plans

Upgrading takes effect straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period. When you move to a cheaper plan or interval, the unused amount is credited against your future invoices rather than paid out.

04How to ask for a refund

To ask for a refund, use our contact form. Include the email address on your account and, if you have it, the invoice number from your receipt. We reply within two business days.

05When the money arrives

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take up to another 10 business days to show it. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank.

06Cards issued in India

For recurring payments on Indian cards you receive a notification before each renewal charge, as the Reserve Bank of India requires. You can also cancel the standing instruction through your bank — please cancel your subscription as well, so it doesn’t keep trying to renew.

07Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, it may be retried over the following days. If it cannot be collected, your subscription is put on hold and your account moves to the free plan until you update your payment method from Settings → Plan & billing. There are no late fees, and you can subscribe again at any time.
